ORDER

  • What is the status of my order?

    You can check the tracking information in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, you may send an email to wholesale@madamsew.com, start a live chat on the Madam Sew Wholesale website, or call us at 1-844-284-5336 for further assistance.
  • I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?

    First, check the tracking information for your order. The tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email, which was sent a few days after your purchase. 
  • What are your minimum orders?

    There is no minimum order value. However, each product has a minimum quantity requirement of 6 items.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes, we offer bulk discounts on large quantities of single items. Please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@madamsew.com for more information.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay via ACH at checkout. If you wish to pay by check, please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@madamsew.com.
  • How do I place an order?

    You can place an order through our website, or by emailing us at wholesale@madamsew.com. If you prefer to place an order by phone, you can call us at (719) 318-4327.
  • Do you offer any sort of payment terms?

    Currently we do not offer payment terms.


PRODUCT & STOCK

  • Do you offer all Madam Sew products for wholesale?

    Not all Madam Sew products are currently available for wholesale, but we are continually adding new items as quickly as possible.
  • Some items are pre-order. What does that mean?

    Pre-order items are new products that we are preparing to launch and are awaiting arrival at our warehouse. Once they are in stock, they will be available for ordering.

  • Can I request an item be added to the wholesale website?

    Absolutely! We value customer feedback and are happy to consider suggestions.
  • How often are new products added to the wholesale program?

    We aim to launch new products in batches every few months.
  • What happens if a product is out of stock?

    We strive to keep all items in stock, but occasional shortages are unavoidable. If an item is out of stock, we do not back-order it. We will either hold your order if we expect the item to restock within a few days, or we will ship your order without the out-of-stock items. In that case, you can reorder those items later. Your packing slip will note any out-of-stock items, and we will notify you via email.
  • Does Madam Sew carry product liability insurance?

    Yes, we do. If you need a copy of our product liability insurance, please contact us at wholesale@madamsew.com


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Something is wrong with my order (missing items, broken items, wrong items)?

    Please contact our wholesale team at wholesale@madamsew.com, and we will promptly correct your order!
  • What are shipping options?

    We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the size of your order. Most wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
  • Do you ship to AK, VI and HI?

    Yes, we do! Please contact our team at wholesale@madamsew.com to complete your order.
  • Where do orders ship from?

    All orders ship from our warehouse in Conover, NC
  • How long does fulfillment take?

    Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2-5 business days. During our busy seasons, however, it may take up to 8 days.
  • What is my tracking number?

    You should have received an email with your tracking number. If you did not, please don’t hesitate to contact us at wholesale@madamsew.com.

RETURNS

  • What is the wholesale return policy?

    We have a 30 day return policy on any items with a manufacturer's defect.
  • How are returns processed?

    Please get in touch with our wholesale team at wholesale@madamsew.com. They will help process a refund for that item.
  • If I have any questions about returns, who should I contact?

    If you have any questions about what can be returned or if it is a manufacturer’s defect please contact us at wholesale@madamsew.com.

 PRICING

  • Do you have a MAP policy for Madam Sew Products?

    Madam Sew maintains a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Resellers are free to sell our products for whatever price they choose, but are required to maintain MAP in all advertising, print, web, and media exposure. We do not have a MAP limit for products sold in stores. Our MAP policy for online sales is the product's MSRP, unless otherwise told. Madam Sew may, at its own discretion, may stop supplying product to any retailer to be found in violation of the MAP policy.
  • Can we sell Madam Sew products online?

    Yes you can! Just make sure to please follow the guidelines listed in our MAP policy for online sales.
PROMOTION & COLLABORATION
  • Can I get product pictures for our website?

    Absolutely! Please get in touch with our sales team at wholesale@madamsew.com. Just let us know which products you need pictures for and we will get them sent to you.
  • Do you do social media collaborations?

    Of course! As you know Madam Sew loves our social media platforms and we are always looking for ways to collaborate with our retailers. Reach out to the wholesale team at wholesale@madamsew.com and they can get you more information.
  • Does Madam Sew do any sort of donations or sponsorships for projects or events?

    This is not something we are currently doing but we are working on a program for this that will launch soon! Stay tuned for more information!
